Acceptance of terms
By using ClassVocab you agree to these terms. If you are a teacher using ClassVocab with students, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of your institution and that you will obtain any required parental consents before enrolling students under 13.
Use of the service
ClassVocab is provided for educational typing, phonics, and word practice. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws. Automated bulk requests, scraping, or API abuse are prohibited.
Teacher responsibilities
Teachers who create classes are responsible for the students enrolled in those classes. Teachers must not enroll students without appropriate consent, must keep class PINs secure, and must promptly remove student accounts when no longer needed.
Disclaimer of warranties
ClassVocab is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
